Program Delivery Timelines
Travel arrangements should be made to ensure all participants arrive in Nanjing on Friday, N/A. The group is being picked up at the Shanghai/Pudong Airport on Friday, N/A at 9 am by bus to be taken to Nanjing. At this point there is no late, i.e. second pick-up.
2-week program delivery session – Friday N/A to Saturday, N/A .
This includes the Welcome weekend in Nanjing, plus two weeks of teaching plus the departure weekend.
4-week program delivery session – Friday N/A to Saturday, N/A . This involves providing the 2-week program at one site, then moving to a second site and either repeating the program or delivering another assignment.
The timeline includes the Welcome weekend plus two weeks of program delivery, a turn-around weekend in Nanjing plus a two-week program delivery at a second site, then the departure weekend.
Four-week sessions are extremely limited. Selecting this option does not guarantee you will receive a 4-week placement. Participants must be willing to accept a 2-week placement. Participants will have this information before it is time to purchase their air ticket.
In-services will only be held on a needs-basis. Possible dates for 2024 are either mid-May or early June (DTBA).
In 2018, there were two in-service sessions, one in April and another in June from 12 noon until four o’clock in the afternoon for both dates open to participants only. Participants are asked to make an effort to attend. Those unable to attend due to distance or previous commitment will receive some information of the meetings’ content via email.
